Shipping
We ship using a selection of premium couriers and shipping partners. All shipping is a flat rate and will be processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders ship within 2-5 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Customs
All orders are shipped from Austria. Customers in the UK and outside of Europe may incur additional customs or import fees upon delivery. We cannot guarantee that customers from these regions will be exempt from such fees.

Returns
